The V-Navy Circle Exercise

Part 1 -- General:

Before starting this exercise, take a few cleansing breaths and clear your head. Once this is done, what I would like for you to do is stare into the middle of the image. While you are focusing on the center of the image, notice how the colors make you feel; the overall impression you get. As you stare into the center, you may notice some changing hues at the outer edges of the image.

2. If any, what hue changes did you notice?

3. If you were to see this type of aura around a variety of life forms, what do you think it would be telling you about them (i.e. people, animals, plants)?

Part 2-6 -- Instructions:

For Parts 2-6 please repeat the following instructions just replace the underlined section with the topic for that particular part of the exercise.

Now, take some deep cleansing breaths and clear your head again. This time, try to gather information about someone's physical well being. Just keep the thought as a subtle undertone while you focus on the middle of the image, once more. Then allow yourself to feel what the colors are telling you as well as notice any changes within the varying hues that may mean something.

Part 4 -- Emotional Well Being:

1. How does the image make you feel; your overall impression?

2. If any, what hue changes did you notice?

3. If you were to see these particular hues around an individual, what would they mean?

Part 5 -- Spiritual Well Being:

1. How does the image make you feel; your overall impression?

2. If any, what hue changes did you notice?

3. If you were to see these particular hues around an individual, what would they mean?

Part 6 -- Psychological Well Being:

1. How does the image make you feel; your overall impression?

2. If any, what hue changes did you notice?

3. If you were to see these particular hues around an individual, what would they mean?

Part 7 -- Changing Auric Hues:

As you look at the different hues in the image concentrate on different aspects of the colors within the image and see if you can make them stronger. Also notice which shades seem to stand out to you more or which ones you keep noticing your eyes drawn to.
