Do we all go to "heaven" when we die? No, not all of us. If we don't go to "heaven, what do we do? We roam infinitely throughout the dimension between the living and "heaven." The reasons of why we do not go directly to "heaven," is many. However, the biggest reason for not going to "heaven" has to do with "purpose." All of us have a preordained purpose when we are born. We do not know what the purpose is or will we ever know. We accomplish many goals during our lifetime, but whether we accomplish the true purpose for our existence, will never be known. Is this "our purpose" (OtherPlane)?
How does an entity (who hasn't been released) get to "heaven?" Is there someone or something that decides who goes and who doesn't? Until the arrival of this human who posesses the gift to release entities, entities were released by an entity chosen for that purpose (by one of "our friends"). The chosen entity is present and continues to release other entities. However, we also have been chosen to release entities as we encounter them.
Most of the entities we encountered, when asked if they were happy where they were at? Almost all of them said, No. When we released them and asked them if they were happy now, all of them said, Yes. We do ask "our friends" if an entity can be released. There have been instances when we asked "our friends" and they said, No. When we encounter an entity that is not "releasable," we try to find out who that entity is and the reason. To date, we have encountered Pizzaro, Hitler and Napoleon... we could not release them. They were sent back to the locale where they died.
We have encountered entities who do not want to be released. They have found an attachment with the living and is very happy . When they are told that they can go to "heaven," they say, No. Through "our friends," we found out that even entities have some choices. Usually, the (living) person or person's are already aware of the entity or entities presence and have accepted the entity's or entities.
