For the past 10 years or so I have had street lights go out as I drive or walk directly underneath them. It happens about 4 times per month. I had 2 occurrences this week where street lights would just go out. I have tried to research the reason and stumbled upon your site where I found 4 other stories with similar strange experiences. I appreciate any insight or other related websites where you could point me to further understand what is going on.

Street lights not only go "out", but they also go "on". It is thought that certain individuals possess an over-extended or unusual wavelength/frequency that has an affect on certain objects or system. In this instance, it happens to be "street lights". Other folks are able to make watches stop. It is also thought that when a individual's aura is over-extended (extends further away from the physical body), with or without their being aware of it, strange or unusual things occur.
One reason may have to do with chemicals in the body. These chemicals could be ingested via foods, medications or drugs... and combined with the body's own natural chemicals. Chemicals cause a reaction and causes things to react.
