Can you tell me any theories you have or have heard if a person was suffering from ongoing out of body experiences. While he was both awake or asleep. Is there a meaning or belief you know of?

Have you ever awakened from sleep believing that what you just experienced was sooo real? The colors, smells, tastes and sounds... all of the human senses fully functional, to include... you. Is this just a vivid dream, an out of body experience, or an alien abduction? These are just three examples of what could be. There are other possibilities to consider also.
Daydreaming can achieve the same result except that the person is usually awake and conscious of what is going on around them. An overactive mind can produce very realistic images, sensations, and emotions that will cause the body to react in concert with.
There are folks out there who are able to achieve an out of body experience at will... it just takes practice. Everything happens for a reason, maybe someday you will find the reason for your experiences. It is not what we believe that is important or matters, rather, it is what "you" believe that is important to you that matters.(Go back to)
