Many apologies for this long message, I do not get a chance to share my experiences with someone.
1. Do I have any guardian angels/spirit guides? I've had many many encounters over the years and still do daily. I saw a tall, woman wearing a long gown to the ground, which had a hood that covered her head. Beside her was a man, another person was expected to arrive. She held to the middle of my forehead a object which made me tingle from head to foot, then this scene vanished. I've heard her voice a few times before but this may be the first time I've seen her - DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE OBJECT PLACED AT MY FOREHEAD WAS SUPPOSED TO DO?
2. I know I am being watched often due to the strange encounters I have had. I hear voices throughout the day, people/faces appear unexpectedly on the TV. I've seen a silhoutte of a face on my ceiling, see hazy figures, balls/flashes of light also behind my eyeballs at night, the whole room lights up - the colours are usually white, blue, sometimes orange and red.
3. Most nights when I go to bed I hear a 'creaking' noise which usually comes from my TV, tables - DO YOU KNOW IF SOMEONE IS MAKING THESE NOISES?
4. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN - There is a medium height, slim man with dark hair whom I have seen many times, when I go out and in my dreams. He is usually very angry and I would like to know why - Are you able to find out?

There's no need to apologize because you're not the only one that have similar encounters. We just have to see if the similarities are actually the same throughout. What we mean is... that some people will have an encounter because their mental attributes were not the same as before and they're afraid to relate it to family and or friends. On the other hand, some encounters are very real and yet family and friends will say that you're just making it up.
What we will do with your cooperation is to do several things that will decide what part of the statement above you belong to. The mind is the most powerful tool on this planet because without it we wouldn't be emailing you back and yet the mind can forecast a very vivid picture as if you're looking at it outside of your own eyes or even when your eyes were closed as if you're in a dream state. Both of these conditions will look so real because you will also have emotions and sensation. But if you are truly traversing into a true paranormal encounters, there will be certain indicators that will let me know.
Take a picture of the entity that you are talking about and if you have a remote control tape recorder that you can put nearby so you can record these noises when it happens. If you can do that and let us know the results, then we have half of your problem solved.
By the way, you have two male and one female Guardian Angels.
