A few years ago a friend of mine passed away. Shortly after his death (a week or so), I had a dream that he had written me a letter. I could see that it was addressed to me and it was for me but I couldn't read the letter (it seemed kind of foggy). On the side of the paper, all I could read was... I Love You, I Love You, I Love You, over and over again. I was wondering if that dream was actually a message from my deceased friend.

During traumatic times our mind will try to process so much information under very stressful conditions. Some of these informations will be embedded into our deepest emotional storage area with an ability to replay when certain conditions are met. When these conditions materialize, we are normally asleep, it will replay and will sometimes add a different condition based on the relationship with the deceased. These scenarios are familiar to us as a dream. We interpret dreams and process the information in the same way as how we see things in real-time. For your beloved friend, let that perception be a happy one. Whatever that meaningful letter states, the bottom line remains the same... "He loves you".
