For the past few months, I have been having a strange reoccuring dream. I haven't told anyone yet because I'm afraid that my friends and family might think I'm going crazy or something. I have been doing a lot of research about dreams and nightmares and reoccuring dreams, but nothing is working. I ran into your site and I hope that you can help me.

Nightmares are associated with the past. Looking back into your past to that area most closely associated with the nightmare may shed some answers. Then it is a matter of choice as to what you should do to resolve this issue.
Recurring Dreams are another matter... usually, these dreams have a message. Each time you experience a recurring dream, another "piece" is added to the original... until you finally receive the entire picture. From then on, it is a matter of figuring out what the dream means... and if there is a way that you can do something about it. These dreams tend to nag at you... even when you are awake. Talking to someone about your dream may help you find the answers.
