From what I read about deja vu on your web page... I gather it is a part of a memory from a past life and you remember it when something similar happens and you translate it into the feeling of... This has happened before / I have been here / I knew that was going to happen. I have these feelings a lot and lately the feelings have been getting more (I guess) intense or stronger.
Sometimes when I feel deja vu starting to happen I can stop the memory from resurfacing. Sometimes as it is happening, I know that a person will walk by or something and a second or two later... the person does. When I was younger I would get these feelings but after it happened, I couldn't remember what the deja vu feeling was of. But now I can remember most of the time I get that feeling.
I have so many questions about deja vu. Like why do only some people experience deja vu while others say they have not? Is it possible that if you ride out the feeling, hang on to it as long as you can, could you discover your past life? Also, is it possible that deja vu is a warning of something that happened in your past life will happen in your present? If you could please answer my questions or give me any more info about deja vu that would be wonderful. I have been searching for info about deja vu and so far your web site is one of few sources that was helpful, and if you can't that's okay, I will understand.

Yes and No... Yes, to the memory from a past life and... No, to memory from a past life. Meaning... A second ago, a minute ago, an hour ago, yesterday, last week, last month, last year and beyond that ... was a past life (what is past - is past). Right now - the present, as you experience something such as... driving to a location that you haven't been to before and you somehow know everything about the location and where you are and where you are going (without any prior knowledge)... that is deja vu.
Another example is as you mentioned... knowing someone will walk by and that person does walk by... without you having to look prior to that person walking by... that is deja vu. This is more of a feeling than of a vision.
As for deja vu being associated with a past life... this is also possible. Past experiences are retained in our memory region and often will surface in reaction to what activity is presently taking place. We may not recall having the (past) experience because so much is happening around us and most is automatically stored into our memory... often without our being aware of it. Can it be a warning of what happened in our past... happen in our future? Only if you let it happen again. If the experience was good, then we let it happen again. If the experience was not good, then we do have a second chance to change or do something different and not to let it happen again.
Deja vu is more akin to a Feeling... and Intuition is a close relative.
Everyone experiences deja vu, have a feeling, or intuition... some are just not aware of it. Sort of, whoosh... going right over their head and gone. They don't make the connection. Can't blame them for that. Those that are aware, find themselves exhilarated, in awe of their unique ability or intimated and afraid. Those who believe... are exhilarated and in awe of their unique ability... and actively pursue further expansion of their ability/gift.
