A friend recently died in his home. He had been shot once in the head. The police investigated for days thinking that he had been murdered by a drug dealer that he owed money to. In the small town of about 300, the police closed the case saying it was a suicide but many of us do not think that he would leave his two young daughters, that he just won custody of, behind. His girls were his happiness. The day of his death, his girls went home after school like normal but the front door was oddly locked. The girls called their mother from the town bar and grill so their mother soon showed up. She knew how to get into the house through a window and to her dismay, she found the father of her two children dead on the couch.
Could you please help me find the truth about his death? Is he in heaven or was he earthbound? Is his spirit still in the house that he died in? Did he get killed in a way to make it look like a suicide? Any answers that you can provide me with will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Your gut feelings seem to hold water. Your friend did not kill himself. He was killed by an unknown assailant. It was set up to look like he took his own life. The exwife is not at all connected with this nor were the drug players. There's another set of players that concocted all this and made it happen.
Your friend went straight up but he ventures down every now and then to see his love ones.
