Is it possible for these individuals to manifest these visions in their subconscious and have the occurrence that is actually happening? Could the other celestial lifeforms detect this and respond in the actual occurrence as manifested? All I am saying is that this could be an inquiry from the beings to unite we people from Earth to investigate them as a whole and share information. That is why people that see them are who they are and not have a different lifestyle. Is there a connection of these people?
I believe I have a sense to find information. I have a "pulse" that tells me how to grow in this state of knowledge at a consistant growth. I will change the world for harmony and better living and then the unity will be there. Your thoughts?

It is not for us to say "ye or neigh" on that theory but who are we to say that it is not a possibility. Our comprehension is not complex enough to venture beyond our mere thought and observe/analyze such possibility.
If we were to make contact with aliens and not really knowing what we are looking for... (example) a Zoologist looking for a new species in the jungle, it is not important for him to question this species "What is it? What is its purpose? What kind of impact will it have on the ecology and mankind?". All of these types of questions will be answered with additional observations by other colleagues. If the new species is of a unusual and unique nature, a subtle approach would be used to minimize public anxiety. The new species may never be introduced to the public until all is known about it.
Pertaining to "aliens", when it's time to introduce themselves to our society, they will have the upper hand, for now they know the strengths and weaknesses of mankind. That theory is applicable in ET and or the paranormal world. It's done differently but the impact will be the same.
One person can change the destiny of a nation and you are no different. If you can do what you say you can do for the sake of mankind, go for it.
