I just thought I should share this with you. I honestly do not know if it was, in fact, an out of body experience so could you PLEASE tell me exactly WHAT happened this day?
I was in gymnastics. I was on the bars in the middle of doing a back hip pullover. But all of a sudden, I wasn't...there. I was over at the other end of the gym, watching myself as if I were looking at another person. My "physical body" (I suppose you could call it that) just totally fell off the bars and my coach screamed "Melissa, are you okay?! How on earth did you manage to do...that?!" and I just kinda looked at her and told her that it wasn't me. I really couldn't explain to her what happened. I just knew that I was not on those bars, I was across the gym, totally...just watching myself.
So...what happened?! I need to know because it's bugging me! Thanks a million!

When you OBE, it's partially under control and you can return to the body without any impact to the body. NDE (Near Death Experience) occurs when the person has encountered a relationship with death and in the process, is involuntarily removed from the physical body, for a short period of time. As with OBE, the process is the same... from the outside of the body observing the surroundings and actions taking place. Then a return to the body occurs, with the person having total recall of what took place.
