I have an 83 year old grandmother who is convinced that she has a real person tormenting her, that has been living in her crawl space below her home. However, my mother and I are convinced that this is no living person but a poltergeist or some sort of spirit. This has been going on for about 3 years. This started occurring after she had been involved in a traumatic car accident. Things have been happening such as: he (this entity) rings her doorbell repeatedly and knocks on her door at all hours of the night, he will race her car engine while its sitting in a locked garage (I have heard this happen). He has been known to move things, hide things where she can't find them. He talks to her, he moans and groans. My brother, on one occasion, was at the home in the basement and felt a strange puff of cold air and smell pipe tobacco smoke (no one smokes in the home). My mother bought my grandmother a camera for Christmas and placed it in a drawer, the very next day it was found in a drawer across the room. He eats her food, hides her car keys etc... Any help from you would be greatly appreciated. We are at the point now where we will do anything to get rid of it including calling in a priest if needed.

If you want to try the priest versus the entity, just like the movie, you could do so. But before you venture into that, why not try to talk to this male entity. Tell him not to bother your grandma and if you explain it good enough for the entity to understand then you're good to go. He does not mean any harm... just wanted to be noticed and when you do notice and talk to him, he will soon get tired of it and leave the area.
