I made a ouija board out a wood. I have been playing it for a while. It spelled out a word called "lapios". Could that be a name of the spirit or could it be mispelled.
I also hear like knocking noises on the wall. I also had plates and a box move. I had a stove move (like a shaking motion). I could also feel when it is going to happen. I can feel energy or some feeling that something is going to happen. Could it be that a spirit doing this? Or could it be that I am making this happen with my mind?

That's the beauty of the paranormal, you could experience 100 false alarms and not know that one percent of that is the real thing. If you're doing it with your mind, then you can do "telekenisis". You should talk to the entity/spirit to let it know that you are aware of its presence.
