For the past year there have been some strange things happening at my fiance's house. I usually spend about 4 days a week there. He lives in Niagara Falls, Canada. He and his 2 other brothers own a house with an apartment upstairs, and one apartment in the basement. One of his brothers, his girlfriend and their 2 kids live downstairs. The apartment upstairs was rented until about a week and a half ago.
It started as just a general unsettled feeling in certain places of the house. For example the stairway going down to the basement, the bathroom, and the spare room. The girl that lives downstairs had the first experience, she was pregnant and very sick with the flu, she said she felt the bed move down beside her and someone rubbing her face. When she opened her eyes, she saw the sleeve of a purple velvet dress. But before she could see anything else it was gone. It wasn't until after she had the baby in January of 99, that everyone was noticing strange things. Glasses in the cupboard would shatter when no was touching them.
I woke up in the morning to find oil spilled all over the whole kitchen floor, and the only oil bottle in the house was still under the sink with the lid on tight. The baby's toys light up and play when they are turned off. Things go missing and turn up in very odd places.
The event that made me look into contacting someone happened this past Sunday, and Monday (yesterday) night. Sunday at about 3am our dog woke up and started going nuts barking and growling, we all woke up and saw nothing outside. There were loud bangs coming from the upstairs apartment, it stopped after about 6 of 7 loud thumps. When I got up I took the dog upstairs with me just to take a look. We went in the living room and he started to make a sound that was kind of a cross between a growl and a cry. He just stood there looking at me and growling.
I went back to my house in Buffalo, NY, on Monday night. My fiance called me at 3am because the same thing had happened again, but this time it was worse. I could hear the banging over the phone. He said, "I don't know what that is, but it's pissed!" Could it be because of the work that we are doing up there with remodeling?
There is so much more that has happened just in the last 3 months, why would it a of a sudden get so active? There was someone who died in the house, and I've had dreams that a male spirit was trying to take over my body. Was that just a bad dream? I'm sorry if this was hard to understand, I'm really freaked out and I've looked all day for a web site that could help, this was the only one that had any useful info...

It sounds like your fiance and his brothers stepped on that entities toes but all is not forsaken. It realized that you folks are modifying the place that used to be the entitys'. Although it seems weird to speak to a nothingness (so we thought), it's not going to hurt to do just that, especially when that entity is throwing a fit. Then you know it's there. Give respect to it and ask for its blessing by explaining to it what you have planned for the house. This approach works most of the time for as long as it's coming from within.
We had a woman that experienced just that and she followed our advise and the late owners (entities) left her alone. Every now and then they will show up and she can feel their presence. She would throw a respectful comment and she could actually feel when they left the area. If you feel that you cannot do this...then it will go away in time but there will always be a traumatic experience that you cannot explain. Give it a try and you will be suprised of the results.
