I used to get alot of visions and or intuitions when I was younger (childhood thru young adult). They seemed to come in waves of frequency and I was very "freaked out" by them, I would frantically pray for God to take it away. As I've gotten older (I'm 33 now), they've decreased to almost stopping completely. Now that I'm older and understand them somewhat better as not being "evil", I think I could handle it. But in the web site under visions it mentions "use it or lose it". Does that mean that I've lost the ability now? Can I get it back?
I'm concerned that I may have missed my purpose in life. I've always felt that I have a wonderful guardian angel, is that who was causing them? Thanks for any time you take in answering as I'm sure you get alot more interesting emails!

No, it's not your guardian angel causing that. It's a part of you that was not understood. Your upbringing was too strong and everything else is less important. You still have the ability of intuition and by practicing, your gifts can be rejuvinated.
Can you imagine if we stop using the word "evil" to things that we do not understand. Can you imagine how good that would be!
