I need to know why I keep having recurring dreams of my grandfather, he died on New Years Day 1986. He seems to want me to know something. In my last dream I asked him how old he was and he said, 71. I asked him the month he said, December. I asked him the year and he said 1999. This all makes no sense but it was very real and is so real everytime I dream of him.

I have also had many dreams lately with other deceased members of my grandmother and grandfather's siblings in them. I was only close to my grandparents so I do not see why I would be dreaming of the others. My grandmother is 94 and alive but not well (hasn't been for a long time). One of her brothers was in one dream (I had forgotten until I saw him in the dream). He didn't want me to come close to him and was shielding his eyes from a light. Any answers would be appreciated.

Dreams/Recurring dreams are very hard to interpret because of it's inconsistencies. We classify a recurring dream as being the same thing over and over at different times and could have some modifications from the previous dream. At times it will have no meaning and therefore could end up terminated. It is like watching a video movie or a television movie ... never getting a chance to finish it or catching the movie in the middle.

The other player in your dream will always be there to complete the scenario. We asked if there's anything to watch for to all this and there were nothing. Enjoy your dreams.
