For a counter - example; In the recent past I've had dreams that have come true - predicting the future and future based events. I had a dream that took place during the summer prior 2 years earlier and I can still remember it. Take a moment and think about it, maybe we have minds for receivers and transmitters.

Dreams can be accounted for a lot of things in the future. The only problem was, people having these dreams never record it or let another person verify it. Alot of gifted people can predict the future and also a nongifted but highly sensitive person can do the same.
The bottom line is, regardless of whether a person is gifted or not... unless what you do and or predict is recorded prior to it happening, it will fall into the abyss of unrecorded and substantiated incidents.
