A guy that I am currently seeing has this problem. For the past year and a half he has had this same dream at the same time and always wakes up exactly at 3:15 am. The dream involves his exgirlfriend and a series of demons that he sees but no one else sees. They terrify him. These dreams have lead him to not being able to sleep at night. Instead, he will go out of the house for the hours surrounding 3:15 am, then go home and sleep.
Recently, he fell asleep around this time and had the most intense dream he has had. It terrified him. When I tried to call him the next day, he never called back and this worried me. Later that night he called me and told me of the incident. He said that that entire day he felt like he was someone else (like someone else was in him). Ever since he was a little boy everwhere he has lived, his room has been exactly 6 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. He always has trouble breathing when he enters his room.
Just recently, I have been having the same problems, but as soon as we leave the room we are fine. I want to help him, but I am not sure how. If you could give me any information on how to help him out please let me know. Any suggestion(s) will be greatly appreciated.

The mind is a very powerful tool to reckon with and yet it does not have any reality. It will conceive various things in random or in perfect sequence. All it takes is to energize an emotional seed into the system and the mind will take off with it. Virtual Reality (dream) will kick in, coupled with more seeds to burn and by the time you notice it, you will have a nightmare going at 3:15 every morning. Every little thing that can be manifested will be manifested and at times will be claimed to be true.
There are no paranormal ties associated with what your boyfriend is going through. So if there's no paranormal influence on the matter...then it could be something else. We will leave it up to you to figure that one out.
