A few years ago I was asleep alone in my apartment. I was dreaming that I heard something in my living room. I got up and went to look, but only saw a shadow. I was so terrified that I couldn't scream. I turned to run but I couldn't find a door. There was blood everywhere or so I thought. I felt like I was going to die. I woke up screaming and sweating. I told myself it was only a dream and went back to sleep or I at least tried to. I went back to the same place over and over. I remember that dream well. What does it mean? Please help!

You are not the only one that encountered that kind of a dream. A lot of people do, ourselves included. Our mind will pick up things that we hear and see and for some, it's more than that. Then these imbedded informations will be processed and orchestrated by our mind during one of those opportune times when we least expect it. There was no paranormal connection with your dream.
