I went to my friend's house and we used a Ouija Board. He said two people, one on each side, were supposed to put their fingers on the pointer, and it'd move by itself. When he and I, or him and my other friend used it, it'd work. When my other friend and I did, it didn't work. Is that how you use it? Is my friend cheating? And how can some pointers and boards made by Parker Brothers have spirits in them?

The Ouija Board is only a device that is used to communicate with entities/spirits. Entities/spirits do not reside in the board or planchette/pointer.
It is apparent that someone is not being truthful to him/herself. Ouija Boards do work but there may be times when they will not work for some people. A pointer does not move by itself... questions must be asked and the pointer indicates the answer.
