How can she develop this gift more effectively, also do I possess any gifts. One other question, my friend, Bevaughn, died in a car crash two years ago. It was quite sudden and I would you to ask him for me how is he doing and what really happened, how did he die, where did he die, what was he saying when he died, is he released, is he watching over his family and did he visit his son?

Sorry, you are not gifted, but your cousin is gifted, as you mentioned. She can develop her gift by trying not to reject it, accept it fully and practice until she gets comfortable with it and gains confidence.
Your friend, Bevaughn, went to heaven....that should say a lot. Your friend is happier than us who are living and so we have to leave it that way. Remember your friend before he died, and now that he is gone, how or why he died is not what he wants you to be concerned with...keep him in your memory.
