You will need a device for communicating with the entity. You must go to the location where the entity is or bring the entity to you. When you have established contact with the entity, you must find out why that entity is doing what it is doing. Explaining to the entity that its activity is not acceptable and they should cease their activity (an entity will normally comply once it is explained to them why they must stop).
Here is the problem you will encounter. How do you know if the entity is releaseable? What if the entity is not, so now what do you do. How do you know if you have the correct entity? You could probably do the above but not this part. In a majority of our topics, we mention "our friends" ... it is they who assist us in our investigations (to include "releasing entities"). Establishing "your own friends" is vital, in order for you to release entities.
