What is known about life after death concerning animals? What happens to our pets we love when they die? Do any or all animals have souls---meaning, is there a difference in the animals they butcher for food than there is for our pets and wildlife?

We as humans only think about human suffering and what makes us happy. We never look around at our surroundings, at our pets and the food that we eat. We consider all things are possible. All animals have spirits as we do and when they pass on, that spirit also must go into another dimension (life after death).
The pets that we cherished and loved so dearly can and sometimes will return to visit the friends/owners that they left behind. This is the bonding that was developed during their togetherness, that separate them from the rest of the animal world.
