My brother drowned near Anna Maria Island in Florida several years ago. The circumstances surrounding his death were suspicious but nothing was ever found regarding exactly how he died. He was on a fishing excursion on a boat he had just purchased. His body was found with electrical cord wrapped around his wrists and ankles. Rumors were that some people thought they saw flares on the night he drowned and several items off the boat (life preservers, cooler pieces, etc.) were found in the waters; however, his boat was never found. My uncle was with my brother also -- his body was found about a week after my brother's. If the boat sank, they say the water is very shallow in that area and the boat should have been visible by air. Can you find out what happened?.

The way they died may have been caused by drowning, but with the help of some other person or persons. I did not make this up to make you feel satisfied but the death of your uncle and your brother were pre-meditated. The only people that can prove this were the person(s) that committed the crime.
They were followed by two watercrafts; one bigger, with three occupants and the smaller craft had two. They were ambushed by this people. They were murdered. Our deepest sympathy.

Obviously, you've really stirred my curiosity at this point. Is there anyway to find out more? Can my deceased brother be contacted? Can he tell us anything about who these people were or exactly what happened? Where is his boat now? Were these people involved in drugs or were they just vicious or did they have it in for my brother and uncle? Why?

I've been milling this over a while, trying to think of some questions I'd really like answered but there are just so many. I guess I'd really just like to know what happened and why, where the boat is, if it's being used by drug smugglers, if it really did blow up and is at the bottom of the ocean, etc. My brother's name was Larry Wayne Smith, born March 24, 1945. My uncle's name was Jesse Smith -- I don't have a date of birth or anything. He lived in Florida and we weren't real close so I don't know a whole lot about him.
Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

It took a while to really put things together, not because it's the first time but the way it had to be done to get "the rest of the story". Not much has changed from what was previously mentioned ... the only differences are that some of the information are more detailed in nature.
You can forget about the boat, it's not the reason for the murders. One of the two men (your brother or your uncle), is a friend of the killer and that is why they did not suspect anything. The boat is almost as big as a yath and the name is "Lex Corp" or close to it with gold letters outlined in black. It's still sitting somewhere in a marina. The suspect is around 5'10" with a receeding hairline, with the hair pushed to the front to cover a bald spot. He is big chested with gray hair and smoke stoggies (Tobacco).
