I first became aware of my spirituality when my daughter was about 4 years old. She used to talk about the men in her closet. During the night, I would hear her digging around in her closet, banging the walls, moving hangers, etc...when I walked into her room, she would be fast asleep. She described the men as wearing black clothes, black hats, and long grey beards. She said that they would stand in the closet and stare at her. Then she started carrying on conversations in her sleep...two way conversations...everytime I would enter the room...the talking would stop. After a while, she would talk in her normal voice and then would talk in a different voice to answer herself. Finally, I went to a psychic for advice. I found out that my daughter was an old soul and that they were coming to her for advice. Since they scared her, I was given instructions in order to contain them. Well, it worked!!!! And I was convinced. In order to help my daughter with her spirituality, I had to develop mine. She is now 18 years old and has not accepted it as a gift. I think she will in time...but right now...she's embarrassed by it...afraid of what other people may say if they knew.

A lot of times, a person will suppress all of the potentials given to them because of social pressure. Perhaps in time, they will realize that they are venturing into a one way street, of life, and by not trying or accepting this gift, will be a loss to the person.
That black clothes and hat seems to be a common denomenator on several of our readers email. One day we (Otherplane) might investigate and find out who they are.
