This may seem trivial, but I am curious about the house my boyfriend and I just bought 6 months ago. It was built in 1928 and is in a wooded canyon area. The minute I saw the house, I felt like I was home - not like I had lived here before, but that the house was really glad to see me. I used to have mood swings (where I used to live) from anxiety or real fear to being okay or pretty happy. In this house, it's like the house is watching over me. Are my feelings related to the house or a presence in the house, or is it something medical?
My boyfriend, Rick, at his former house in California, he saw a woman with red hair smiling at him. She was through the wall and looking down at his face, at the time. He's had many encounters with spirits at that house, including "the lady of the house," as we nicknamed her, who seems to love what Rick did to the house in restoring it. There is an angry entity we call "Bruce" who hung around outside the house near a large tree. Once "Bruce" came in the house, when I first stayed there. His presence was so frightening to me it was tangible. I was so scared I couldn't move. There also seems to be someone connected with the old secretariat (piece of furniture). Now that we live in this house, Rick hasn't seen the lady with the red hair. But Rick still has horrible screaming nightmares he can't remember when I wake him, which is frequently. Anything you can do to help or release the what or who, is troubling him?

You did have 3 entities in the old house and they are still there. Nothing could be found on old secretariat (piece of furniture). On the new house, there are no entities present and the nightmares of Rick's is being caused by his previous experience at the old house. He just needs to forget those experiences.
