In 1993, my husband and I bought 1/2 acre land on the Stillwater River. We are across from a platinum paladium mine (only one of two working mines in world). One day I saw a dark shadow figure (head, shoulders, no arms or legs about 3 feet tall), then poof it was gone. I thought it was my imagination, then a few seconds later I saw another one. My husband later saw them at our house in town. He also has seen what he calls "little people", 3 feet or so tall with clothes on (just like little people). We have since moved and I had only that one encounter. My husband does not like to talk about them.
Have you heard of similar occurrences or do you know what they are? He will soon be going to work at the mine. Are they a part of the mine?

That was a very fascinating story. You and your husband did see the apparitions. They are not connected with the mine. The questions that remain unanswered is in regards to the time, distance to the apparitions or if any other person/s, besides the two of you, ever talk about this type of things.

The time was late in the afternoon. At first, I thought it was a weird shadow but I could not see through them. Then I realized the sun was on the hill and no way could it be a shadow. I really thought it was a figment of my imagination. Then when I saw the second one, I said to myself, "This is no figment of my imagination". I was only 10 to 15 feet away from them. I have told several people about it. My husband does not talk about them to anyone because he thinks people will think he is crazy. Besides, he's the one who sees them often and as people with clothes on. I know of three times of his seeing them in this house, in the same area. The last time was about 2 O'clock in the morning before we moved up here, running down the hall barefoot. Sometimes he doesn't tell me because he says, "They don't like to be talked about. He also sees the shadow figures in the forest while hunting. And not always in the same color.
Could you at least direct me to some literature on this subject. I would really like to know what they are. And why did I only see them once and my husband sees them occasionally and as little dressed people. Thanks for your time.

You and your husband's experience is very unique in all aspects because it really happened, but this is something new that we have not heard of before. We even sought additional assistance to analyze your email and that individual came up with a similar answer.
We would like you to do some monitoring of this phenomenon because it's hard for to explain what we wanted to say. These little black people did belong somewhere but not in our dimension. They're not entities as all lot of people will percieve. These little people SEEM to be within a parallel dimension with ours and it cannot be fully explained yet as to the cause of these occurrences.
If it's possible, we want your husband to monitor the time and day/night, the weather conditions, the head counts of the little people and write it down and relay it to us. With this information we can predict the next occurrence and may be able to identify the cause/reason.
They do not mean any harm. We are as foriegn to them and probably having the same confusion that we are having.
