I have just visited your website as I myself experienced a variety of paranormal phenomenon which includes sighting of as you call entities or rather in the form of human figures or flashes of light. I have experienced sounds such as knocking at the doors at odd hours in the night or just a odd feeling of someone being present in the house especially when I am alone at home. A couple of times there have been problems with the electrical circuits such as lights flickering or turning themselves off or rapidly switching on and off. I would like your opinion of the same as well as how I should deal with such situations if the same may arise again and whether I should attempt to communicate with a entity and whether there is a particular way to do so. I would certainly value your opinion on the same, also if you could please tell me whether I am more sensitive to such phenomenon or I am gifted. Thanking you.

Being sensitive to such phenomenon can be experienced by anybody for as long as the entity is targeting the person. But if you are gifted...like yourself, it is not difficult at all. Once you recognize this and is willing to pursue what intrigues you, then you must communicate.
A lot of gifted people can communicate with the entities by a dowsing rod, pendulum or whatever means available. The devices will facilitate the process of communicating with entities.
