During my life, starting as early as my memory allows, I've "known" when things will happen, people call, etc. Although, it has somewhat decreased as of late. I encountered a female about 5 years ago, whom had been raised by a Native American Medicine Woman (her Grandmother). She was very involved with Wicca, and she felt that I had certain gifts. How do I become more in tune with these gifts? Why is my 'sensitivity' decreased at this point in time? I have a very strong belief in God, and basically feel myself to be a very spiritual person. Help!

You did have that gift early on in life but it started to dwindle to a point of no return. This normally does not happen whether their gifts were hereditary or paranormally induced. If not exercised or recognized, it will go away or lay dormant. You still have the gift and it only needs to be coaxed back by practice.
