My daughters and myself have always seemed to have a "insight", I guess you would call it "hovering of somethings". There was a time when my oldest daughter was being bothered by a, for better terms, unsavory being. I have taught them both to be careful of what they involve themselves with and that it can and will follow you home and take up digs. My oldest grandson seem to have been past on our "gifts" or in his case, it seems to be seeing things in his dreams. He is very young and very scared. When there have been problems of over activator, just plan mean activity in our homes with help of one or both daughter, we have been able to get it to leave or subside.
I guess what I am asking is about helping develop further, stronger abilities (I won't use a board) and trying to help my grandson to understand what is going on around him.

Respect will be your initial approach to the unknown and once you have established that, then the otherside will acknowledge that energy and in turn will give you the same thing.
The only thing that you can do with your grandson is to inform him of his gift and tell him not to be scared. Encourage him tactfully without forcing him. Try not to provide him with a lot of information that you're not sure of. Like the common things that became a part of our upbringing...the good, bad and the ugly ghost, the devil, and all those things that were percieved by men. Without all those conflicting informations overshadowing his own experience, he can further define and enhance his gift. Time will be on his side, for you will be there to guide him along the way.
