I wrote to you a while back and asked about GA's and you said I was gifted. I am still unsure of the gift(s) I have. I think one may have something to do with dreams because since I read your response, my dreams have become more intense with real-like qualities. Maybe the other is intuition because sometimes I just know. If you could, I would be very happy if you can give me a little help on it.
Also, I have had a lot of physical problems (ailments) lately and wondered if you could find out anything on it for me via your friends. Thank you again for any help you could give me!

A lot of the gifted people are highly unbalanced. Between the emotions and the gifts, it creates turmoil within. Both will rampage causing the senses to be more acute and therefore can cause confusion to the gifted. Ailments sometimes can be caused by this interactions of the emotion and the gift. If you feel that your dream and intuition is fairly accurate, then stay with that and try not to wonder somewhere else. It will take a lot of patience and perseverance to properly control these two within you.
