I believe that what you are doing by telling people to confront these entities without any training or knowledge on this often times dangerous subject is in poor judgement. I would like to know how you think that by confronting these entities (which are often demons) is supposed to help these people. If I had problems with an infestation I would contact Ed and Lorraine Warren.

We are taught at an early age to confront whatever is bothering us... whether it be our fears or whatever. There are so much about the paranormal that is unknown and the scientific community is yet to fully accept.
Is there any one expert who fully knows for sure what the paranormal is all about? We doubt that very much because they only know bits and pieces. As you could see from just our web site alone, there are far more individuals out there who are experiencing unusual paranormal encounters. And they are looking for answers or want to confront whatever it is...themselves.
As for the human race, there are good people and there are bad people... so the same must hold true for entities. Through our experience with communicating with entities, yes, the entities are often taken as being a demon but that is not entirely true. Most of the entities encountered thus far have varied reasons for their behavior. Some simply want to be noticed; others want to be remembered and loved; then there are those who remain "earthbound" simply to protect their loved ones; and finally, there are those entities who are perceived as demons.
Are they really demons...no they are not. There are those who are mischievious because they do not understand the impact of their actions on the living, until they are confronted and told...to either lessen their activity or stop totally. In our dealings with these type of entities, the majority of them, when told that their behavior was a nuisance to an individual, did agree to stop. A majority of them, when told that they could be "released - to heaven (or whatever), willingly accepted to be released.
We used to release those entities that a reader email us about but we no longer do that unless the entity or the situation with the reader is so uncontrollable or out-of-hand that immediate action on our part is warranted. Our reason for wanting the reader to attempt communicating with an entity is that it is inevitable. The reader learns nothing by bringing their encounters to us or to someone to take care of. The purpose is for the reader to experience first-hand (if possible) about the realm of the paranormal.
As you, yourself have surfed other paranormal sites similar to ours, the same scenerio appears time and time again. Very little or none is given to the individual's intelligence to better judge for themselves whether they are confident enough to handle their particular situation themselves. We want them to experience what we are experiencing and not question for the rest of their lives...if we actually told them the truth of our findings or just made it up to appease and put them at peace.
One does not have to be trained or an expert to communicate with entities. The means for communicating with entities are everywhere, i.e., Ouija Board, Pendulum, Dowsing Rods, etc. There are also charlatons who claim to be psychic (whatever) experts who are more intetested in making a "fast buck" than actually helping the individual. We charge "nothing" for our service in the paranormal and we don't claim to be experts.
By passing the reader "off" to someone such as the persons you mentioned, is not the way we do things...for you the reader (if you came to us) would still be "in the dark" about the realm of the paranormal. We want you to have that experience, good, bad or otherwise, then you can make that decision whether you want to continue to learn or get-out-of-it-altogether. The opportunity is there for you to experience it for yourself, if you are able to handle it and whether you are willing or not ... is your choice. If you want to communicate with entities, we will help guide you.
We encourage the reader to confront their situation and if they came back to us saying that they cannot do it and want us to "take care of their problem for them", then we will do so. For there's just too many individuals out there, who is seeking knowledge on the paranormal ...the why's, what's and how come's, things are happening to them or to those around them. By giving them that opportunity (to communicate with entities), we (in part) satisfy their own curiosity and understanding of the paranormal.
