I have just started reading your site and have really enjoyed it. My mom was killed in a car wreck in September of 1990. I just wondered if you could tell me if she has been released. My husband actually thinks he saw her several years ago. She was killed before I met him, so I assumed that was her way of seeing who I was going to marry. Do you communicate with the spirits themselves to convey messages?

"To release" means us releasing the entity. To be able to do that is for us to know the person to be released. Your mom went to heaven during the time of her departure. Meaning, she's in good hands.
Communicating with entities is what we do all of the time. Whether it be asking questions during our investigations and also passing on personal messages that we think the reader would have wanted to convey themselves.
