For about a month now my bed has been moving gently back and forth, (almost like being on a waterbed), for about 5 seconds three times a day. I tried not to make anything of it, although I knew deep inside it wasn't normal. It stopped for about a week after I said a prayer to God to please have the spirit let me be left alone. This morning I was speaking to my downstairs neighbor, (I live in a three family house, fairly old) and without any details I told her I have a ghost in my apartment. She then told me that one day while her sister-in-law was visiting, she laid in her bed to rest and had the weirdest sensation that the bed was moving. She leapt from the bed scared and wouldn't go back in the room. My neighbor telling me this information confirms that there is a spirit in this house, but what it has to do with beds, I don't know. I've lived here for about 8 months, and it started l month ago.
Please give me an idea of what to do to release this spirit. And, do you think it chooses which people to contact, because my neighbors have lived here for 2 years and never felt a thing (only the visitor did). Thank you so much.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us. What you are experiencing is not unusual or out-of-the-ordinary. Some individuals will experience unusual occurrences and keep it to themselves, ignore it or move away from the area. They do not make an attempt to resolve or understand what and why this is happening. It is not because they are weak, but rather that a lack of sufficient information of the supernatural (paranormal).
The entity (spirit) is an elderly woman, who was a previous owner of the house. She did not own the house when she died of natural death, 58 years ago. She is particular about the individuals she chooses to let herself be known to, but she means no harm. She choose you and your neighbor's sister-in-law, to get some attention. Showing respect, you can ask her in a nice way to leave you alone, and she will honor your request.
We did not "release" the entity because we wanted you to gain some insight and understanding of the supernatural. If you still feel it's not to your liking, let us know and we will release the entity (spirit).
