When I was 15 years old, I used to get this recurring dream and I would always wake up covered with sweat, and could not get the images out of my head. After a few weeks it ended for a few years and then it came back when I had seen my mother for the first time in 7 years. This dream is in connection with the "Omnipotent" healing our barn cat. (See Related Account "Touched By the Omnipotent").
I was going out to our barn to look for Spooky's new kittens. (Spooky is the cat that the "Omnipotent" one saved as per my request). I had to climb up an old wooden ladder that went up to the hay loft, her favorite spot for having her kittens. When I reached the top I could hear their little meows and was heading in that direction when all of a sudden, I was distracted by an old bloodhound howling. As I turned my head towards the howling I saw a bloodhound floating above the loft entrance and my hair on the nape of my neck started standing on end, as this dog started growling at something behind me. Before I could turn my head, I could feel the overwhelming presence of evil illuminating from whatever it was behind me but I still forced myself to look. It was a lady in a red leotard suit with very white skin, of about 30 years old, who was very thin with straight black hair. Fear engulfed my soul as I saw her, and I slowly backed away from her as she approached me. Then I felt myself falling down the ladder head first with my head hitting each rung with a loud thud. The whole while, I could feel her looking deep into my soul. I never reached the bottom for I would always wake up at the same spot and the dream was always the same.
The bloodhound was a stray dog that appeared on our property two days before the first occurance of this dream started. I felt sorry for this hungry dog and fed him some food but, my stepbrother and his indian friend took a rasp and rasped his butt, then poured turpentine on him to scare him away. I remember crying so hard for the injustice that this poor dog had endured because of them. And the sorrow I felt when I overheard them laughing about what they had done. The woman I have never seen in any other dream nor in real life.
I think the dog symbolized those around me that are trying to help me. I think the kittens symbolizes a reminder of my faith in God and all that he stands for. The lady represents the evil/fear that threatens us all. I also think this dream is somehow connected to a battle I must fight to fulfill my destiny. I have tried to figure this dream out many times with no avail until I received your response. Then everything seems to have fallen into place. If you have any input about this dream or guidance about its interpretation, please let me know. I am very new to all of this and am sure to make mistakes. I have always believed in hearing all the options before making a decision.

It is not often that people experience dreams, of their growing years, in a way that you have. This is what we've found out about your dream.
Your climbing up the ladder, to the hay loft, to see the kittens, represents out-of-the-ordinary events that you had gone through and will continue to go through, during your lifetime. Each rung is an event. The lady in the red leotard represents your inner most self. The bloodhound represents your guardian angels warning you of danger through your mistakes or inappropriate actions. The kittens represents the end of what awaits you.
