
What I do for healing and what has worked for others:
FIRST= Know that nothing is permanent, you have to believe that whatever you believe will end up being your reality, there is no room for negative thoughts.
SECOND= Relax your mind and body and look within yourself.
THIRD= Imagine a light (similar to a flickering flame) growing from your heart (a soft pure light,almost white).
FOURTH= Feel and watch the light grow and expand throughout your body (your chest, shoulders, down your abs, through your hips, down your arms, then your legs into your toes and fingers, up your neck and into your head) filling the loving healing light coursing through your veins and every part of your body as if expanding outwards from you as well, almost pulsating.
FIFTH= You will know you have accomplished this when your fingers and toes feel almost as if they are tingling and your body feels almost weightless.
SIXTH= Once you have reached this stage, concentrate on the light being a healing force and imagine it as well as feel it "healing/dissolving" the virus or illness. As this happens, you should feel that area begin to grow warmer. If you need to call on your angels, or will have more confidence praying for guidance as well, go for it. Whatever helps you to relax and accept the healing.
If you want to do this for healing someone else follow steps 1-5 and then feel the healing energy go out your hands over the area of the injury/illness you are trying to heal.
Always remember that this is just a technique that works for some, and a form of alternative healing. There are many types of alternative healing out there, and finding out what works for you may be difficult. Yet, this is not intended to replace physicians, nor should anyone take theirs or anyone health and welfare lightly. If you are using this technique and don't see any positive results, by all means, don't keep on ignoring what your body is telling you. Get the help you need to become well again.
