Alternative healing has been in practice long before the arrival of modern medicine. Alternative medicine comes from "Mother Nature," passed on from generation-to-generation. The rising medical costs and much delayed cures have turned society towards "alternative healing," and less of prevention. The goal of "alternative healing," as with modern medicine, is the same, "cure."
