     Requirements...
          - A letter of instruction and/or specific request(s)... via email or postal. The letter of instruction and/or request need to include...
               - Name of the person receiving a Third Opinion.
               - A photograph of the person receiving a Third Opinion. Photograph of person must be of a frontal close-up view of the face (portrait type).
               - A $50.00 Money Order (non-refundable). If letter of instruction and/or request is via email, it should also state that the Money Order is on its way.
          - A report of our findings and/or opinions will not be released until the Money Order is received.

     What you will receive...
          - A detailed written copy of our initial findings and/or opinions.
          - A ongoing monitoring over a 90 day period (starting from day one), with a monthly report of findings sent to you (via email or postal). At the end of the 90 day period, if you wish to continue, you must submit another request (see Requirements).
          - The monthly report of findings may be waived in-lieu of a weekly report (if requested).

     Benefit(s) of receiving a Third Opinion...
          - Confirmation of initial and second opinion.
          - A accurate detailed report of findings in Real-Time.
          - Information of findings (past, present or future), pertaining to a person (living or dead).
          - No problem past, present or future escapes detection.
