Sam and I headed on our first phase of a multi-purpose trip. The first phase was to the southeastern region (US), to verify and possibly recover treasure (gold bars). This project began a month earlier when we were contacted by an interested party searching for a particular treasure.

Our initial scan of satellite photos of the area of interest, revealed a target. We instructed the interested party to take photographs of the area and send them to us for scanning. Scanning the photographs confirmed that the target was valid. We decided to include this to our upcoming scheduled trip in September.

We met up with our interested party and proceeded to the location. Our interested party mentioned that he was amazed at how we were able to guide him to the exact location... what land features he would need to look for and what he would find when he got there.

Arriving at the location, the exact area of interest was pinpointed and verified. The gold bars are buried here and an entrance or best possible way into the chamber below need to be found. The chamber is surrounded by solid rock formation and digging directly over the chamber was not feasible. An area was found to be free of rocks and digging began.

Because this phase was added at the last minute to our already heavy trip schedule, we could not deviate and extend our time (beyond a few days) at this location. The interested party would have to continue without us. We would continue to monitor its progress and provide technical assistance, if needed.

Interested party requested that we not post any pics for viewing.
